In Memory of Ryan McDonnell

Ryan McDonnell was my childhood friend and neighbor. He was 24 when he passed away this past Sunday, May 17th 2015. I had known him for only eighteen years of those years he lived on this earth. I met him in the year 1998 when me and my family moved from one home in Georgia to our next in a few county's over. I was in my third year of elementary school while he was in his second and his siblings younger then him were in grades below him.

When he joiend the military he became my brother-in-arms and I was proud to call him that. Even though he was Army and I was Airforce I still counted him as such. I can not and will not give details of his passing, but I believe everyone who loved him will miss him just as much as me and my family miss him greatly as well as his own family who are mourning his passing.

Remember to hug anyone and everyone close to you and tell them you love them, because you just don't know when the last time you'll ever see them will be.
